Montecito is home to many form the film and entertainment industry, mainly because of its proximity to Hollywood and Los Angeles. You can spot famous directors, producers, screenwriters walking the streets of Montecito, and cruising around in their high-end vehicles. While primary homes to take up the majority of the area, many owners have their second and third homes in Montecito.
